Cancellation Policy

To accommodate this, we have a flexible cancellation policy: Cancellation Time Frame: You can cancel your appointment online up to 12 hours before the scheduled time without any charge. Late Cancellations: If you need to cancel less than 12 hours before your appointment, please do so at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Late cancellations will be subject to a fee of 50% of the service cost. No-Show Policy: Failing to arrive for your appointment without prior cancellation will result in a no-show. For no-shows, we will charge the full cost of the scheduled service. How to Cancel: To cancel, please use our online booking system. Log in to your account, select your appointment, and click on the cancel option. If you encounter any problems, you can contact us directly at 778-886-3675. Cancellation Confirmation: Once you cancel, we’ll send you a confirmation via email or text. Refunds for Pre-Paid Services: If you’ve paid in advance and cancel within the permitted time, we’ll process your refund. It might take a few business days to reflect in your account. Option to Reschedule: Instead of cancelling, you can choose to reschedule your appointment. This can be done online or by contacting us. Emergency Situations: We understand emergencies happen. If you have to cancel within 12 hours due to an emergency, please let us know. We can discuss waiving the cancellation fee in such cases. Booking Adjustments: If you need to change the service, time, or therapist, you can do this through our online system or by reaching out to us for assistance.
